With an Atlanta Mobile Hearing's hearing evaluation, we will take the time necessary to understand your hearing needs.

During your hearing exam, we will:

• Discuss your medical history

• Perform a physical exam on both your ears

• Ask questions about how your hearing loss might be impacting you and your family.

• Pure Tone Audiometry test, so that you can see exactly how much hearing loss you have (if any).

• Bone conduction test 

• Speech Reception and Word Recognition Test – With this exam, we will measure how well you hear and understand speech.

Hearing tests are easy and completely painless. With our audiometric testing, we will learn what frequencies you respond to. We will also uncover your ability to understand the speech of others. If you do have a hearing impairment, is our goal to provide you with complete and accurate information so we can help you decide the right course of treatment. 

 

At Atlanta Mobile Hearing we want to collaborate with you, work with you as a team. To that end, we request that you bring a family member with you to the hearing exam. Having somebody's voice that you are familiar with, will allow us to evaluate how well our procedures work in real-world conditions.
